First and foremost, the competition for Grade 1 and Grade 2 was held in the teaching and research activity room of the Primary School Division, and students' reading materials were all from textbooks. Besides, in order to have a better play, the young players have made sufficient preparations in advance. Therefore, during the competition, the judges were deeply impressed by their focused expressions and clear and fluent English pronunciation. What’s more, the third and fourth grade competitions were held in the art room. Also, in order to achieve good results, the contestants positively learned English knowledge before the contest. Afterwards, in the examination room, the players actively participated in the tie-breaker question session in a lively and warm atmosphere. Additionally, the fifth and sixth grade competitions were held in the lecture hall of the Primary School Division, during which the players answered the questions meticulously for their class honor, striving to get a good ranking.

In conclusion, in the ‘Spring Cup’ English discipline competition, students deepened their understanding and memory of textbook knowledge through the preparation before the competition, demonstrated their ability and gained confidence through the competition.
